How is the art made?

Every piece starts as a written idea in our AI-augmented studio and is refined across many generations until it matches the intent. Then comes the human part: the overwhelming majority of images are discarded, and what survives is hand-selected, upscaled to true print resolution, and proofed for print. The tools are new; the judgment is human.

How long does shipping take?

Everything is made to order. Printing typically takes 2–5 business days, then your order ships with tracking. Production happens at print facilities close to you (US, EU and beyond), which keeps transit times and costs down. Most orders arrive within 7–14 days of purchase.

What if my order arrives damaged or misprinted?

Contact us with a photo and your order number and we'll make it right with a replacement. See our refund policy for details.

Will the colors match my screen?

Prints are produced from high-resolution, color-calibrated masters. Every screen renders color a little differently, so expect the physical print to feel slightly richer and deeper than your monitor — that's the giclée process doing its job.

Do the artworks really have their own music?

Yes. JG Visual Arts is also a record label of original bands, and much of the art shares a universe with the music. Visit the Music page to hear the bands — hover any band to preview their sound.

Is payment secure?

All payments are processed by Shopify's PCI-compliant checkout. We never see or store your card details.
